The region known as La Mixteca of Oaxaca and Puebla Mexico are renown for their Mole (/ˈmoʊleɪ/, /ˈmoʊli/; from Nahuatl mōlli, "sauce"). Our family comes from a small Mexican hamlet in Puebla near the border with Oaxaca called San Isidro Jehuital. Mole there is an essential dish at all special occasions. For years, we have worked to develope the perfect combination of ingredients to achieve a sweet and spicy balance of a true Mixteca Mole. Fine dried peppers imported from Mexico along with the unique taste of Mexican chocolate, fresh fruits and spices take you on a culinary adventure that will delight your senses.
