Mole De Olla
A flavorful beef stew slow cooked to develop the flavors of fresh corn, green beans, carrots, squash, epazote and bone in beef shank. It incorporates the same chilies we use in our mole.

Taquitos Dorados
Flour tortillas filled with a variety of fillings, rolled and lightly fried until crisp. A common combination is shredded chicken, Mexican cheese and potato. Topped with salsa, sour cream and crumbled Mexican cheese.

Mexican Rice
White rice simmered with tomatoes, chilies and spices for a truly Mexican flavor. We can also add corn, peas and green beans for added flavor and texture.

Corn tortillas are essential to every Mexican meal. Served warm and ready to eat. We can also provide flour tortillas on request.

Aguas Frescas
No Mexican party is complete without Aguas Frescas . They are made using fresh seasonal fruit and filtered water or juice. We offer Watermelon, Ensalada de Fruta, Tamarindo, Mango, Strawberry, and Horchata just to name a few. Please ask about whats seasonal flavors are available for your event.

We offer fresh fruit salads and platters as well as ensalada de fruta e crema (tropical fruit medley mixed with sweet cream and nuts) for a sweet ending to your meal.
