Our Mole base (also know as Chile Frito) is our original recipe perfected over thirty years. Like a true mole from the Mixteca, it consists of many ingredients married together to create a sweet and spicy balance of traditional flavors with notes of dried chilis, Mexican chocolate, almonds, cinnamon, fresh fruits and sesame just to name a few. We use only the finest ingredients to create a superior product that comes second to none.  

Many of our customers use our Mole base to make the traditional Mexican favorite, Mole Poblano, as  well as enchiladas, tamales and even pizza. You can find our product in your local Mega Mart Supermarkets and other International food stores in the Washington Metropolitan area. We sell our mole in 16 oz. and 32 oz. containers.
